Have you got experience of providing exceptional customer service as well as working in a fast-paced operations team?

Are you able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders to effectively solve problems and ensure deadlines are met?

Do you have up-to-date knowledge of running assessments in schools/college or the LIBF’s Financial Capability qualifications?

Then apply for our Financial Capability Operations Officer role. This role is up to 12 months fixed term and is currently based in our Canterbury Officer, however Home-based working will be considered.

The Financial Capability Operations Officer will work as part of a team who are responsible for successful liaising and handling of queries related to all Financial Capability qualifications delivered in schools and colleges, both across the country and internationally. This includes processing of large amounts of data to a high standard, regular contact with schools and colleges as well as a variety of operational tasks, ranging from approving our schools and colleges to certification of students.

The successful candidate will have
• A strong commitment to customer service
• Excellent and confident communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to work to a high level of accuracy to tight deadlines using your own initiative
• Strong organisational and administrative skills and the ability to react to changing priorities and deadlines
• Experience of working in the education sector would be an advantage.
