Monday to Friday – 9am-5.30pm (with 1 hour for lunch)
Saturday – 9am-4.00pm (minimum of two Saturdays a month with time in lieu in the week)

As a small company Coles Group expects its staff to be willing and able to assist with a variety of duties, as necessary. You will have your main duties that you are responsible for but as and when needed you will be expected to cover for colleague’s work during busy, holiday or sick times.
We have a large rental portfolio which means we are looking for someone who is motivated and proactive within their job role. Full training will be given.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Explorer) is preferential.
Ability to learn and work with tailored systems (i.e. lettings and estate agency software).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have clean drivers’ licence.
Good telephone and email manner (polite, helpful always)
Administer email enquiries/queries and action accordingly (when required)
Property Lettings administration
Confirm and arrange viewings
Assist with referencing applicants
Assist with “front office” task - booking in appointments, filing, taking rents, keys, maintenance etc)
Attend viewing appointments if required
Carry out tenancy renewals
Administrate Rent reviews
Administer utility bills
Administer annual gas safety’s, EICR’s and EPCs
Administer with sign ups and preparation of tenancy agreements
Liaising with tenants/landlords/applicants as necessary to progress deals
