We are looking for a self motivated, driven individual who will be responsible for the successful execution of print media campaigns. You'll oversee order confirmations, delivery of the printed media as well as building and maintaining relationships with our clients and suppliers.
Ideally you'll be an excellent communicator with an ability to problem solve across a number of different projects at a time. Strong customer and client service experience is really beneficial, as is some experience working either in, or closely with, a finance department.
Please note this is a 6 month maternity cover contract. You can be either fully office based, or a mix of office/remote.

-Campaign execution for Print, Media and Managed Programme campaigns.
-Order Confirmations: confirm the media orders with media owners as indicated on the media plan.
-Logistics: Obtain associated delivery instructions supplied by the media owners. Manage delivery queries and requests
-Keeping an overview of all active campaigns through to their completion (last delivery is made) and provide updates to Print, Media and Sales teams where required.
-Supporting the managed programmes in our portfolio.
-Capacity management within our database: optioning through to booking.
-Maintain and expand relationships with existing managed programmes.
-Taking ownership of supplier queries (Print, Media and Fulfilment suppliers).
-Managing and submitting SOAs for our clients and suppliers.
-Obtain and provide PO numbers inline with media orders.
-Working with managed programmes to identify short term availability to pass onto the sales team.
-Connections & Finance: keeping financial intervention to a minimum. Managing Finance and client queries, which would include but not exclusive to; deliveries, billing, changes to the schedule, errors. Invoice report tracking > Supply a weekly report to Finance for all orders/campaigns that are (good to go) ready to be billed.
-Adding Print/Media orders onto our Finance system, ensuring they are entered accurately and timely.
-Supply sales orders to clients, check and approve the returned confirmations.
-Issuing purchase orders to suppliers, check and approve the returned confirmations.
-Create and supply delivery schedules with associated DI's to our printers and or client's printers for all Print and Media campaigns.
-Logistics: providing delivery details to all our managed programme advertisers.
-Creative approvals: monitoring and supplying media owners with creative for approval, approval of insertion running order within our managed programmes and the signing off of pack proof samples.
-Execution of our managed programmes upon sales orders being finalised.
-Monitoring confirmation of all orders.
-Move orders through the booking stages to final invoicing phase.
-Obtaining the supplier and advertiser PO's.
-Running set finance reports on set dates to align with our forecasts.
-Provide outstanding customer service & understand the client's needs by meeting agreed SLA’S (service level agreements).
-Finance queries to be confirmed within 14 days.
-Strong interpersonal skills, to be successful you need to be able to build relationships quickly and use them to your advantage.
-Good communication and interaction with others is essential in this role.
-Proven ability to problem solve; there are any number of ways campaign execution can go wrong, when it does you need the skills, attitude and tenacity to work the problem to an acceptable resolution for us and the client.
-Strong prioritisation and efficient work balance skills, having the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
-Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving environment.
-Self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic.
-Process minded, tasks completed quickly, accurately (the right way), efficiently (in the right order) will give you a sense of satisfaction.
-Strong customer and client service experience.
-Previous experience working in a sales or targets/KPI driven and operations environment.
-Meticulous and proud of being so.
-Urgent tasks cannot be missed, important tasks are done before becoming critical.
Office 365 Suite. (Strong Excel skills especially useful).
CRM database and order entry (planning and buying) database
Experience working within a Finance Department, more specifically, accounts payable and or accounts receivable.
