We are seeking a person to manage our extensive sales accounts most of whom are based overseas. This is an office-based position working for 5 days a week (9:30 to 2:30) in the Historic Dockyard at Chatham.
Requirements: -
Fluency in English
Scientific background a distinct advantage
Experience in dealing with customers via email and video calls
I.T. skills essential
The Role: -
Dealing with customer/dealer correspondence daily
Liaising with dealers to prepare the correct documentation relating to local regulatory requirements.
Working with the production manager concerning deliveries.
Responding to web enquires.
Liaising with the Company Accountant to make sure accounts are fully paid.

We are a small medical device manufacturer specialising in the respiratory sector based in the Historic Dockyard in Chatham with easy parking. You will be a key member of the small dedicated team operating in an interesting and worthwhile medical device market.
Salary:
£19500 p.a. for a 25 hour working week
