The essential skills you will need are:
• Strong Technical skills – you need to be ACA qualified
• Excellent communication skills - you need to be at ease dealing with highly successful entrepreneurs and developing trusted relationships.
• Comfortable dealing with entrepreneurial business activity advice, such as EMI schemes, SEIS, EIS etc
• Knowledge of current accounting software - Xero, Caseware, etc
