Do you have experience of providing excellent customer service in a busy office environment where priorities frequently change?
The Central Student Administration (CSA) team at the University is looking for a highly organised individual to join them, providing support on tasks and projects relating to the maintenance of student records and managing large scale central student operations. You will work closely with students and staff as well as external bodies and the public, so your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be key in this demanding role.
As Central Support Co-ordinator you will:
provide a high level of support to CSA projects throughout the year, leading where required
act as the lead contact for Kent and Medway Medical School administration tasks throughout the student lifecycle
support the implementation of the KentVision student record system
support the planning, set up and management of registration and arrival events
assist with co-ordinating examination administration
To succeed in this role you will have/be:
educated to A-level with GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
experience of working in a busy office with multiple customers, frequently changing priorities and peak workloads
experience of working in a confidential environment
a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to use initiative in all aspects of the role
The Central Student Administration Office function is to ensure the smooth running of central student administration, maintaining and updating critical student information and managing large scale central student operations, including registration examination processes, and provide administrative and systems support for the Student Data System.
