SEAMING MACHINE OPERATOR

Location: Gravesend, Kent.

Package: Starting salary from £9 per hour with monthly bonus opportunity and potential for overtime, with the opportunity to earn up to £30,000 pa; company pension scheme; on-site parking.

Requirements
• Rewind / seaming machine experience an advantage but full training will be provided.
• Good understanding of health and safety a must.
• The ability to follow a planned schedule and produce the required level of machine output.
• Confident to carry out daily operator maintenance and report any machine issues.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow quality checking procedures.
• Available to work 12-hour shifts, and possible overtime at weekends.
• Fluent understanding of English to be able to complete all paperwork correctly and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Competent to understand and work from job briefs and proof drawings to ensure each job is produced within the customers specifications.
• Hard working and conscientious.
