With modern, luxurious accommodation, incredible golf, pool facilities and delicious World infused cuisine, Cave Hotel and Golf Resort is Kent’s most exciting new Hotel and Restaurant and is looking for a dynamic, innovative, and enthusiastic person to join our chefs’ brigade.
We are looking for a chef to work within our Korean Cowgirl team, based at The Cave Hotel. You will be looking after the production of our high-quality Texan Barbeque offering, including our speciality Korean Fried Chicken.
We are looking for a dynamic chef, someone who is eager to learn new skills revolving around smokehouse and Asian styles of cooking.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes
• Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
