With modern, luxurious accommodation, incredible golf, pool facilities and delicious World infused cuisine, Cave Hotel and Golf Resort is Kent’s most exciting new Hotel and Restaurant and is looking for a dynamic, innovative, and enthusiastic person to join our chefs’ brigade.
We are looking for a dynamic chef, someone who has worked with fresh food and someone who is creative and passionate, to work in our destination restaurant, The Firepit.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes
• Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Learning new skills, Asian Fusion, Smokehouse, within a daring new concept in Kent
If you are an enthusiastic Chef looking for a challenging role where you can develop your knowledge further, then this could be the role for you. Salary 24k p/a plus gratuities.
