We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional. Initially, on a fixed term 9-month contract, you will provide sickness cover and then support to our existing HR Manager. After which, the right candidate will be offered a permanent position as our current HR Manager retires.
Ultimately you will be responsible for all areas of HR including but not limited to: -
• Recruitment, including candidate selection and interviewing
• Absence and Holiday management, including RTW interviews
• Disciplinary Management
• Employee benefit scheme including DIS and Health Care.
We are looking for a flexible, hands on, professional qualified to CIPD Level 5. You will have proven experience of HR systems and processes as well as up to date knowledge of employment law. You will be an effective communicator, use to dealing with staff and managers who work remotely.
The position is based at our offices in Ashford, but you may be required to travel within the UK and to Holland to fulfil the role.
Experience of implementing an integrated HR/Payroll software package will be a distinct advantage as this is something, we are looking to initiate in 2021.
