Goody Demolition Ltd is a leading demolition contractor based in Aylesham, near Canterbury in Kent.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assist the Payroll Manager with -
• Preparing various weekly payrolls using SAGE 50 payroll.
• Answering payroll queries from employees.
• Dealing with auto enrolment pension contribution submissions.
• Processing employee expense claims and wages advances.
• Creating/maintaining personnel files and new starter information.
• Providing assistance with disciplinary matters.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by the payroll manager.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Experience with SAGE 50 Payroll and Microsoft Office.
• Ideally the candidate will have at least 2 years’ previous experience in a payroll department.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, whilst under pressure.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Team player with good communication skills.
Hours of work are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Salary will be dependent on experience.
