Infrastructure Team Leader
I am working with a company who are looking for a strong hands-on Infrastructure Team Lead. You will be managing and developing the team of Infrastructure Engineers who support the existing Infrastructure whilst delivering initiatives. This is an exciting role reporting into the Senior Infrastructure & Operations manager, managing workload, delivering continuous improvement, and helping the team to mature and grow.
As well as direct line management responsibility for the team, the role will work closely with other IT colleagues and key business stakeholders, helping with workload scheduling and prioritisation, and ensuring that the team continues to meet the demands of its customers.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience of managing a team of engineers
* Exceptional Server side skills covering Microsoft Server 2008 upwards, Exchange, VMware with any Azure a real advantage.
* Knowledge of networking, any experience with Cisco would be a major advantage but not essential
* Knowledge of financial services, ideally banking focused systems
* Experience of delivery projects from a technical stand point
