We are looking for a strong account manager with impressive content writing skills. You will be working across a range of local, national, and international clients in the B2B sector. It will be a fast-paced role where speed (and quality) is of the essence. Your focus will be on content generation, but to excel in this role you will need a sound knowledge of integrated marketing, particularly PR and social media, and an ability to forge effective relationships with our clients.
You will be:
• Researching, interviewing, producing, and re-engineering technical, intelligent, high-quality content
o Including thought leadership, press releases, case studies, white papers, newsletter contributions, blog articles, social media, web copy, magazine articles and award entries etc.
• Building and growing relationships with clients to ensure a high level of service is provided (from taking briefs, and updating status reports, to ensuring prompt invoicing)
• Contributing to client strategy and proactively developing compelling new angles and identifying opportunities to gain exposure for existing clients
• Preparing, creating and scheduling clients’ social media activity across all platforms on a monthly and ad hoc basis, monitoring and creating reports, and identifying areas for improvement based on client KPIs
• Building relationships with key journalists, influencers, bloggers and media outlets
• Collaborating with in-house account management and design teams to ensure an integrated approach
• Actively promoting Realia’s purpose, mission, and values to existing and potential clients and contributing to proposals and attending pitches.
Is this you?
• At least 3 years’ B2B content writing experience (with pharmaceutical and insurance industry background desirable) and a PR or marketing-related degree level qualification
• Ability to write in different tones of voice and styles
• Understanding and experience of SEO keyword content creation, MailChimp, WordPress, Google analytics and social media platforms
• Proven track record of running and reporting on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter on behalf of a client or business
• Happy to travel locally, nationally, and internationally to meet with clients
