We are looking for a Post Assistant to deal with the incoming and outgoing post for our Canterbury office, 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The role will also involve providing cover for reception during holidays and sickness.
The role will involve:-
• Opening and date stamping incoming post
• Dealing with special delivery post
• Looking for client details on Partner system
• Sorting post according to recipient
• Possible collection of DX post
• Taking and collecting post around office
• Franking all outgoing post and dealing with special deliveries
• Reception cover during holidays and sickness
• Any other ad hoc administrative tasks
• Attention to detail
