Do you have proven experience in an IT support role? The IT Department, Commercial Services, is looking for a customer focused IT Support Analyst. You will act as the first point of contact, providing a timely and efficient IT support service to Commercial Services staff and external customers to ensure day to day IT operations run smoothly and interruptions to workflow are minimised.

As IT Support Analyst you will:

Provide IT support to users within Commercial Services

Assist in the support and maintenance of Commercial Services hardware and software to ensure optimal service and minimal disruption to operations

Assist in developing and enhancing Commercial Services IT by suggesting innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the service offered to our internal and external customers.

To be considered for this role you will have:

A level Computing, ICT or equivalent experience plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)

Experience of installing, supporting and maintaining a wide variety of IT equipment

Experience in PC hardware and software fault diagnosis and repair.
