Kent Sport are looking to recruit a temporary Receptionist to provide a professional presence and act as the first point of contact for circa 7500 members.
You will undertake a range of associated administrative responsibilities and ensure the smooth flow of customers throughout the centre. You will provide a high quality service to all users of the sports facilities and give the best possible impression of Kent Sport and the University ensuring their query or visit is successfully managed.
As Receptionist you will need:
Experience of working in a busy and demanding front facing customer service environment providing excellent customer care
Ability to demonstrate sufficient resilience and skills to deal with difficult or emotional callers/visitors and where requests are unusual
A high level of IT skill and familiarity
Ability to promote and sell Kent Sport facilities and memberships
Flexibility regarding hours of work
This post is for 20 hours per week, fixed term until 31/03/2020.
