Hours: Tuesday to Friday shifts between 13.00- 19.00, Saturdays 10.00-18.00 and Sundays 11:00-16:00 (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK/BE FLEXIBLE AT WEEKENDS)



Our client is looking for confident, enthusiastic and focused individuals to join their expanding department based in our Estate Agency Central Sales Team in Medway. We have several opportunities for part-time work that may suit local university students or someone who can see the role fitting around their personal circumstances.



Duties will include:



Responding to inbound calls from clients and assisting them, with their property needs

Identifying opportunities to help clients further by introducing them to additional properties that meet their needs, establishing if they have a property to sell, referring them for a mortgage appointment, or introducing them to your Lettings colleagues.

Working towards set performance targets

Liaising with estate agency colleagues in branch to assist in helping our customers with their dream move
