This agency believes that people are intrinsically motivated to do great work. For that to happen, they're happy to stay out of your way and let you do your thing.
You’d be joining a self-managing team, responsible for creating their own work schedules. You can choose to work from home, or in the evenings, or even through the night; whatever works for you.
Along with fully-flexible hours, they offer fair, transparent pay scales so you always know where you stand in terms of progression. You’ll get 24 days annual leave (on top of bank holidays), maternity, paternity and adoption pay, plus paid time off for volunteering. You’ll also get a £500 budget for hardware, software and accessories and a £250 annual wellness fund. You could try a hard-hitting kickboxing session, evening language lessons, yoga or mindfulness, or even a stress management course!
They're now looking for an experienced UX Consultant to join their team. You will be based out of the Canterbury offices with the rest of the production team with the flexibility of working remotely 1 or 2 days a week.
An overview of what you’ll be doing:
- Providing strategic direction for clients and planning UX activities to meet project timelines
- Testing assumptions and presenting research findings to stakeholders
- Building relationships with clients and challenging their perceptions
- This is a senior role, so you’ll need around 5 years’ experience or more.
