To ensure your employer meets their landlord obligations in relation to health and safety and other areas of compliance, repairs, estate services and maintenance within our Older Persons Independent Living accommodation, providing a safe and well-managed living environment for our residents. To undertake in agreement with residents' well-being checks to enable residents to sustain and maintain t eir homes and remain within their community. Your day will consist of visiting older persons' sites on a weekly basis to conduct resident welfare checks, building inspections, and testing of fire alarms. Ensuring all actions are recorded so that we are complying with their responsibilities as a Landlord. You will be the main person that residents will see and engage with. You will have excellent customer service skills, good knowledge of professional boundaries and safeguards. You will also be working collaboratively with our Tenancy Management Officers to assist residents to understand and follow their tenancy agreements.
