This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked as a Building Control Inspector or Officer, either for a Local Authority or an Approved Inspector organisation. Your new role * Represent our company in interactions with the BSR to ensure compliance with Building Regu ations. * Conduct pre-inspections on-site to identify any non-conformities or compliance issues. * Carry out joint weekly inspections on-site with the BSR. * Liaise closely with the Senior Management Team, reporting any issues and ensuring they are rectified. * Review and rectify project documentation to meet BSR requirements. * Prepare final documentation for submission to the BSR for final sign-off. * Organise and complete final sign-off inspections, witness testing, and service reviews.
