Premier Work Support are recruiting a temporary Gardener on behalf of our client, a long established organisation, to join their grounds maintenance team. This role is based in the Dartford area. he ideal candidate will have gardening experience. Because the role involves driving, a valid driving licence with no more than six points is required for insurance purposes. The focus of the role w ll be to help maintain and improve the standard of gardens, highway verges, municipal parks and open spaces. You will be undertaking all aspects of amenity/sports turf maintenance, keeping areas tidy and free from debris/litter, lining pitches, shrub/tree pruning, hedge cutting and weed spraying. Key responsibilities of this role: * Dipper - to work closely with pasting departments on day-to-day workload and organise the order of braze for the day under the direction of the Workshop manager. * To jig up all work for the oven. * T work in the washroom, pre and post cleaning parts. * To inspect brazed work in preparation for hardening or packing work to send out to customers. * To clean the salt bath at regular intervals and to record this action has been taken. * To take salt samples at regular intervals, as required and directed by Workshop Manager. * To check chemicals as required. * To check jigs and report any damage to the Workshop Manager and then repair as appropriate. * To undertake any other duties as requested by the General Manager or Workshop Manager.
