Working mainly in the new build social housing sector, they typically undertake schemes of between 30 - 70 units in the South East London/Croydon rea with approximately 10 live sites currently. Due to a recent project win, they now seek an experienced site-based project manager in the Bromley area to oversee a 50 unit new build apartment scheme. With the Project due to start imminently, this is an immediate role offered on a permanent basis with future works already secured.
