Our client is a specialist Conveyancing practice based in Sussex seeking Residential Property Lawyers who are able to manage busy caseloads of sales, purchases and re-mortgages all the way from initial instruction through to Exchange and Completion. Any experience with Shared Ownerships, RTBs and L ase Extensions would be an added advantage. Working within teams, the successful Conveyancer will be using the firms Case Management systems whilst being supported by a team of junior lawyers and support staff - good IT skills required. This role offers a mix of office and home/remote working up to 50% of the week (dependant on experience). Salary will be based on experience/qualification including performance and target related bonus's
