Key Responsibilities: * Updating fleet data on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Email. * Logging and monitoring vehicle defects and maintenance on dedicated windows apps and spreadsheets. This will include filing paperwork into storage fold rs online and on printed copies. * Booking slots for vehicles MOT and inspections. * Managing Vehicle maintenance appointments accurately in conjunction with 2 seperate schedule spreadsheets. * Working with Transport and Operations Managers and Directors. Requirements: * Good communication skills with confidence of speaking on the phone and in video meetings. * Experience in human rescources is beneficial but not essential. * Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations. * Previous experience in Transport and Logistics. Responsibilities: * Efficient moving of freight within the Transit Terminals. * Loading and unloading of freight. * Use of correct Manual Handling Equipment for terminal activities. * Timely and accurate damage reporting , f llowing established procedures. * Adherence to Health and Safety protocols including all Safe Systems of Work. * Daily use of IT equipment including scanners and computers. * Accurate completion of all documentation related to assigned tasks. * Loading and unloading activities to meet all scheduled deadlines.
