An exciting opportunity to join this forward thinking company who are slowly expanding within the South East. Each pub runs independently so there will be plenty of opportunities to input your own ideas and become a valued member of the team.
The style is contemporary and the menus are modern British with international influences to keep up with the trends. With a brigade of 6 chefs they prepare everything in house using fresh, locally sourced produce and the standards are very high.
As Chef de Partie you will assist in all areas of running the kitchen including contributing ideas for the menus, stock control, ordering, training the junior members of the team and maintaining all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
