Go Produce are currently looking to recruit a Temporary - Permanent Supply Chain Administrator on behalf of our client in North Kent. Do you have previous experience in a Supply Chain Admin role? Do you have strong IT skills with advance excel? Do you have analytical skills and have a good eye for detail? If so this role could be perfect for you
Duties include
Working any 5 out of 7 days per week your role will be to ensure that all administrative duties are managed and completed in a timely manner to assist with the smooth flow of the Supply Chain Department. The right person for this role will possess the experience, drive and determination to succeed in a friendly but pressurised and fast paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Management, on time consolidation, sharing and filing of all shipping paperwork
* Reporting on shipping paperwork
* Arranging deliveries and receipt of goods on SAP, with investigation of differences as applicable
* Booking in stock from customer invoices
* Bi-hourly checking of EDI system, printing and processing of orders.
* Processing of sales orders and delivery notes, while making necessary arrangements for delivery with warehouse and transport providers
* Investigation and resolution of delivery discrepancies for relevant customers
* Receiving of sample requests, arrangement with warehouse and booking of courier collections
* Data management and maintenance of SAP records
* Supporting Supply Chain department with any data entry or reporting duties
* Processing of direct to customer orders, delivery notes and reporting
Experience and Knowledge:
* Basic Supply Chain understanding would be advantageous
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Excel
* Ability to prioritise own workload within a busy and fast paced environment
* Attention to detail
* Confident in communicating with staff at various levels
