My client who have been established since the early 1990's are now looking to add a sales person to their successful team. They have a low staff turnover, this is a genuine opportunity due to company growth.
Ideal Candidate will need to be able to demonstrate sales techniques, understands sales.
You will be oriented towards generating and building commercial income, as my client are a sales driven business, and the more sales they have means the more they can invest in value driven services; the more successful everyone becomes.
Having an entrepreneurial attitude; a positive approach; an ability to think; a willingness to try everything in my clients business, will have the most success here. Attitude is as important as business skills.
My client is looking for someone who knows that they want to work in sales, someone who drives sales, an innovator and a future leader, as the career progression with this company is good.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Good command of English
Takes pride in self and in work
Driven to succeed and self motivated
Entrepreneurial flair
Good IT skills , Microsoft packages, and social media skills
Previous sales experience is desirable, but someone with the right attitude may be considered
Team player as well as having the ability to work alone and to targets
Negotiable basic salary plus uncapped commission. Good career prospects
