Our client, a long established and highly professional firm of Chartered Financial Planners are looking to compliment their existing team within London with a Compliance Manager.
Responsibilities
To contribute to the development and operation of an effective compliance framework within the business
Providing the senior management team with appropriate and timely information that will enable them to acquire a realistic assessment of Compliance
File checking
T&C
Dealing with regulatory change and embedding it
Record keeping
Produce reports on Compliance Monitoring undertaken
Experience required for the role of Compliance Manager
Awareness of the changes and development in regulation and legislation and the impact these have on the business including:
Financial Services Authority, Treating Customers Fairly, Regulatory complaint handling requirements, FOS & FSCS
Candidate
Good solid knowledge of Financial Services including Pensions
Previous experience within a Compliance Manager capacity
