The Role:
Supporting new product development and recipe formulation
Conducting product testing, trials, and technical analysis
Managing supplier specifications and technical documentation
Ensuring packaging and labelling comply with current legislation
Supporting product launches and managing critical path timelines
Investigating and resolving production and customer-related issues
Promoting food safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Identifying alternative ingredients and cost-saving opportunities
Building effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams
Assisting with technical projects across the business
About You:
Passionate about food and innovation
Analytical and detail-orientated
Highly organised and process-driven
A confident communicator
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Previous experience within food manufacturing, food technology, NPD, quality, or a related food science environment is preferable.
