This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and finding the right person for the right opportunity. You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants and ensuring candidates receive a professional, engaging and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing & Production, Office & Administration, Sales

Your responsibilities will include:

- Searching a variety of online job boards to identify suitable candidates for live vacancies.

- Using LinkedIn, social media and our in-house candidate database to source and engage potential candidates.

- Proactively contacting candidates by telephone, email, LinkedIn and social media.

- Building strong relationships with candidates and developing a good understanding of their skills, experience, career aspirations and availability.

- Conducting initial telephone screening and pre-qualification conversations.

- Reviewing CVs against job descriptions and identifying candidates who match the required skills and experience.

- Qualifying candidates' experience, motivations, salary expectations, location and suitability for individual roles.

- Presenting suitable candidates to our Recruitment Consultants for consideration.

- Arranging interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Keeping candidates informed and ensuring they receive regular updates and feedback.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our internal systems.

- Working closely with Consultants to understand their requirements and develop effective candidate sourcing strategies.

- Providing a high level of customer service to candidates at every stage of the process.

The person we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is people-focused, proactive and commercially minded, with the confidence to pick up the phone and have conversations with candidates.

You will ideally have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A confident and engaging telephone manner.

- The ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing CVs and candidate information.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

- A proactive approach to finding solutions and identifying potential candidates.

- The resilience and determination to work in a busy, target-driven environment.

- Good IT skills and confidence using online platforms and databases.

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A genuine interest in people, careers and helping candidates find the right opportunities.

Recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. We are equally interested in people who have experience in customer service, sales, administration, telesales, resourcing or other roles where communication and relationship-building have been central to their success.

You'll work alongside experienced Consultants, learning how to identify great candidates, understand client requirements and ultimately help people secure their next career opportunity.

For the right person, there is also the opportunity to develop your career within recruitment, progressing your skills and taking on greater responsibility as you gain experience.

You'll be joining a supportive team where hard work, initiative and results are recognised, and where your contribution can make a genuine difference to both candidates and clients.

If you're ambitious, personable and enjoy making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same, you can develop valuable recruitment and sales skills, and you get to speak to people every day, apply today to find out more.

At KHR, we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible, so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit. If you feel you need to highlight particular qualifications, skills or relevant experience with regard to a specific role, then please add a cover letter or a preface page. This does not need to be formatted in the same manner. In addition, if your CV is heavy with graphics, etc, please could you also submit a "clean" copy in Word. Thank you.
