Brand new permanent vacancy – available on a full or part time basis!

Open to experience level, this position comes with personalised training, and a chance to be involved with all areas of property sales processes from enquiry to post-completion.

Day-to-day, this will include :-
Receiving new enquiries by phone, email and in-person; registering applicants and establishing wants & needs;
Preparing, producing and publishing property marketing collateral including writing descriptions, organising photography, floorplans and more;
Booking and managing viewings appointments;
Providing advice and guidance to vendors and buyers;
Negotiating offers;
Completing checks, progressing sales between external parties;
Providing ad hoc business support.

If you have any level of experience in an estate agency environment , this role could suit you!

Mon-Fri w/ 1 in 2 Saturdays (day off in lieu or overtime payment)

£25-28k base + profit share scheme - £30-32k
