Day-to-day, you will be tasked with leading a small team, responsible for all areas of product management, seeking to identify, develop and deliver product improvement.
Duties might range:-
- Team leadership including overseeing workload, recruitment, coaching and development
- Product analysis – analysing product performance, market trends and current coverage, competitors and customer feedback
- Identifying opportunities, developing and presenting product ideas/proposals, value propositions and delivery road-maps
- Overseeing consultation with stakeholders to ensure value creation, legal compliance and marketing effectiveness
- Launching product projects from concept to final delivery and roll out, including training documentation and marketing material support
- Budget planning and management
- KPI setting, tracking and management
