We are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join an active construction site in Bexhill. This is a great opportunity for ongoing work with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Directing site traffic safely and efficiently
* Ensuring safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians
* Maintaining site access control
* Communicating clearly with site management and drivers
* Upholding strict health & safety standards on site

Requirements:

* Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall ticket (essential)
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong awareness of site safety
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Full PPE required
