Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a practical and enthusiastic Workshop & Warehouse Technician to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines workshop-based cabinet preparation, bespoke manufacturing, product modification and warehouse support. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring our kitchens, bedrooms and bespoke products are prepared to the highest standards before reaching site.

The Role
Working within our workshop and warehouse facility, you will support both the retail and trade divisions of the business by preparing products for installation and assisting with general warehouse operations.
No two days are the same, and the role offers a good mix of detailed workshop tasks alongside practical warehouse responsibilities.
Workshop Duties
• Building and modifying bespoke cabinets and furniture
• Installing internal pull-out storage systems and accessories
• Preparing and modifying kitchen and bedroom units for specific project requirements
• Manufacturing and preparing bespoke wardrobe doors
• Fitting sink liners, waste systems and bin solutions
• Carrying out quality checks before products leave the warehouse
• Ensuring products are fully prepared and installation-ready
Warehouse Support Duties
During holiday periods and peak workloads, you will also assist the wider warehouse team with:
• Goods-in inspections and stock management
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Preparing customer and site deliveries
• Delivery support when required
• Completing delivery documentation and reports
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• Practical and hands-on
• Organised and reliable
• Proud of producing high-quality work
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to support different areas of the business when required
Desirable Experience (Not Essential)
• Bench joinery or cabinet-making experience
• Kitchen, bedroom or furniture manufacturing experience
• Warehouse or logistics experience
• Experience working within the construction, interiors or fit-out sectors
• Full UK Driving Licence
Training can be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
