Daily responsibilities, following full training, will range from:

· Assisting with cost planning, estimates and budget tracking

· Supporting procurement and tender documentation

· Preparing valuations and contracts

· Assisting with variation assessments and cost reporting

· Liaising with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders

· Supporting site visits and progress meetings

· Measurement and quantification of construction projects

· Maintaining project commercial records
