What you'll be doing:

* Building and nurturing high‑impact partnerships across podcasts, YouTube, print and brand collaborations
* Leading commercial negotiations and steering strategic growth opportunities
* Using data and insight to balance immediate returns with long‑term brand building
* Working with creative teams to turn partner content into compelling storytelling
* Representing the brand at key events, from grassroots activations to global races
* Managing and developing a Partnerships Coordinator while keeping delivery tight and organised
* Collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure every partnership feels authentic, aligned and flawlessly executed
