This is a newly-created vacancy joining a flourishing recruitment company at their Tunbridge Wells offices.

Established for over 25 years and with a proven track record of recruiting, training and developing staff to Director level, this will make a brilliant opportunity for someone seeking a long term career.

Day-to-day you will join a busy team environment, working alongside experienced staff to manage end to end recruitment processes. There is opportunity to earn bonus from day one; and each day, you will be empowered to use a diverse skillset to achieve your objectives – sales, account management, marketing, customer service, administration and more!

Mon-Fri 9-5.30
Salary : up to £28,000 + uncapped bonus = £40,000 OTE Year 1; £45-50,000 Year 2

If you have any relevant / transferable experience – apply now!
