Are you a Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer seeking a new which offers role part-time/flexibility around hours and some home working?

You will be joining this Lexcel Accredited 8 Partner practice based in East Sussex where you will be overseeing an existing caseload with help of a legal assistant - option to work from either Polegate or central Eastbourne.

The successful individual will be joining a team of 6 in the firms Residential Property team and will be dealing with a freehold & leasehold sales, equity transfers, re-mortgages and shared ownership transactions. Any experience with residential leases, development work or commercial property work would be an added bonus.

This role offers flexibility around working hours and both full-time and part-time employment could be offered.
