Are you a numbers-savvy professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for planning? We're looking for a talented Estimator to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the success of our projects from the very beginning.
🔍 About the Role:As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects, helping us win work and deliver value. You'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure every bid is competitive, realistic, and profitable.🛠 Key Responsibilities:

* Analyse project drawings, specifications, and requirements
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
* Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
* Identify risks and opportunities in project scopes
* Work closely with the commercial and project delivery teams
* Maintain and update cost databases and pricing tools

🎓 Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Estimator (2+ years preferred)
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ConQuest, Causeway, Excel)
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
