Duties might include:
People management – allocating workload, monitoring objectives, providing an escalation point for clients and the team, recruitment, training, development and strategy.
Receiving and agreeing briefs from sales team and directly with clients; setting milestones, budgets, deliverables and deadlines
Resource planning and allocation; briefing and managing internal teams and subcontractors for sites
Using project documents to calculate materials, labour and resource requirements
Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients
Organising completion of site documents such as RAMS, surveyor reports, etc
Issuing and allocating Purchase Orders and invoices
Project sign off

Setting up project management systems, software and processes

£40,000-50,000

To be successful in this role, you should have experience of operations or project management related to the construction sector, or something transferable; and ideally bring experience of managing / leading a team Experience from other / related sectors will be considered. A driving licence is required
