Rare vacancy, joining a small sales team at a senior level, where you will be well-supported, work closely with established industry professionals, have freedom from KPIs or micromanagement, and have a busy base of client accounts to work on from day 1!
Established and successful creative sector company – with a 20+ year trading history and a leading offering in their field, sought after by clients ranging small start up to recognisable national brand names!
You will play a crucial part in the management of sales to new and existing clients, tasked with growing existing accounts through high-quality service and generating new business opportunities via your own approach / strategies.
Day-to-day you will :-
Manage a portfolio of existing B2B clients, ensuring maximum service is delivered and relationships managed via phone calls, video and in-person meetings.
Convert sales opportunities received through referral and recommendation, attending industry trade shows, and enquiries from marketing.
Build and develop client relationships, understanding needs, creating bespoke packages and solution selling to agree sales.
After sales service and ongoing account management.
Business development through your own approach / strategy such as market research, developing marketing collateral, approaches to lapsed clients and more.
Varied role encompassing telephone, email, video and in-person client contact – could be an ideal move away from a call centre or telesales role.
OR would suit someone seeking a combination of sales and account management for an in-demand service!
Mon-Fri 9-5 – or part-time hours considered (rare!!)
Great local offices – with free parking!
Collaborative & supportive team – with scope to grow your career
£32-35,000 base salary + bonus = OTE £45,000 year 1
