Private Client Legal Secretary – Full-Time or Part-Time
A well-respected and friendly law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their highly regarded team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a firm that truly values its people and is committed to delivering outstanding client care.
Duties include:
Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors in the Private Client department
Assisting with matters relating to:
Wills
Tax
Probate
Estate administration
Managing digital dictation typing and ensure accurate document production
Handling diary management and appointment scheduling
Communicating professionally with clients via telephone and email
Maintaining confidentiality and uphold high standards of client service
About you:
Proven experience in a Private Client legal secretarial role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
Proficiency in digital dictation and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
