Our client, an established company based in Dagenham are looking for a Permanent Help desk/Planner to join their Service Team. In this role, you will be responsible for organising the 24 hour servicing and emergency repairs at customer's premises.
If you are a highly organised professional with a knack for planning and exceptional customer service then this could be your chance to join a well established company and become a key part of a like minded team.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, coordinating 24 hour servicing and emergency repairs and ensuring the engineers are where they need to be-on time and fully briefed.
Your day to day activities will include:
* Managing work orders
* Planning engineer's diaries
* Coordinating with contractors and facilities teams
* Handling the help desk in box and general queries
The ideal candidate will have previous facilities or help desk experience and strong organisational and problem solving skills and be proficient in MS Office.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and benefits include:
* On site parking
* Full in house training
* Regular team socials
* 28 days annual leave
