Brand new permanent vacancy – for someone to join and lead the Customer Care function of an award-winning company.
You will work closely with Directors to plan and execute a full Customer Care strategy, including :-
Team Management – recruitment, training & development, workload management
Escalated Customer Service – conducting customer account and budget reviews, meetings, complaint investigation and resolution
Process Improvement – identifying, mapping and developing process improvements to systems and databases
Management Reporting – producing performance and budget reports, working with MD to drive change
Supplier Liaison – reviewing contracts, and managing budget spend, meetings
Ad hoc projects
£50-60,000
Great Tonbridge location – with parking and transport links
Modern office environment
Full Time Mon-Fri role
This would be an ideal opportunity for someone working in London or further afield to migrate their career locally; or indeed someone working a similar level role locally seeking a new career challenge.
For success with this role, applicants should have previous team / people management experience, and should be based within reasonable commute to Tonbridge.
