Are you are a Paralegal & Graduate with experience and an interest in Corporate / Commercial law and looking to develop a long term legal career (chance of a Training Contract or qualification via the SQE)

Our client is a leading Sussex practice with HNW clients including London & international technology start-ups, celebrities, media companies and entrepreneurs across a range of industry sectors.

You will be joining a team of commercial lawyers dealing with a mix of Corporate/Commercial work including M&As, Joint Ventures, Shareholder Agreements, Private Equity/Venture Capital, and Finance matters and IP work. The firm also deals with Property work which includes land sales, business sales, leases and development work.

Candidates will be Paralegals and Law Graduates (LLB/LPC) with some previous experience in either Commercial Property, Contracts and/or Corporate law. You will play an active role supporting the legal team with all day to day aspects which includes speaking with clients/professions, drafting a range of contracts and assisting with property and corporate transactions.
