Financial Services Administrator - Wealth Management

Do you have experience working for financial advisers in pensions, investments, or wealth management?

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting a team?

Do you want a role where your admin experience could lead to career progression?

My client are a well-established IFA firm, fully FCA authorised, and we pride themselves on having a friendly and welcoming team.

This role is an excellent opportunity to provide vital administrative support to the paraplanners and be involved in new business processes from start to finish. You will:

- Onboard new clients – speak with them, take all relevant information, and ensure all details are accurately recorded.
- Administer the client process from initial contact through to completion.
- Support paraplanners in preparing documentation and reports.
- Handle other IFA admin work as required, including assisting with ongoing client reviews and maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office and support the team.

Lovely working hours as well! You will be working Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, giving you a good work/life balance.

Based in Tunbridge Wells with FREE onsite parking! Other benefits include: Holiday increases per year up to 5 years, a private pension plan and private medical insurance.
