I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in Uckfield, known for delivering high-end, tailor-made products to an international customer base. They’re looking for a confident, personable Sales Executive to join their growing commercial team.
This is a blended role across new business and account management, offering full training and the opportunity to grow within a design-led, globally respected business. No prior international or industry experience is required—just a bit of sales background and great interpersonal skills.
The Role:
Engaging new prospects and managing long-term relationships with international clients
Understanding customer needs and recommending bespoke solutions
Working closely with in-house teams to ensure seamless delivery
Attending overseas trade shows and meetings (with full travel support)
Based at the Uckfield office 4 days/week (with extended hours)
About You
Some experience in sales or a client-facing role (B2B or B2C)
Excellent communicator with strong people skills
Confident, professional, and motivated to grow
Full UK driving licence and your own transport
Willing to travel internationally when required
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn—no specialist experience needed
