This position would suit someone currently working as a Project Coordinator or Project Assistant ready to step up, or an experienced Project Manager looking for their next challenge.
What You’ll Do
• Take ownership of projects from order through to installation.
• Keep schedules, budgets, and stakeholders aligned.
• Confirm orders and set clear expectations with customers.
• Provide proactive updates — especially when the news is tough.
• Coordinate surveyors, installers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Keep project dates and invoicing forecasts accurate.
• Organise logistics and site requirements well in advance..
• Track project costs and report on profitability.
• Lead teams and subcontractors to deliver against KPIs and quality standards.
You will be:
• Resilient, confident, and comfortable holding people accountable.
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Able to manage multiple projects at once without missing details.
• Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Experienced in project management and team leadership.
This role isn’t for someone who shies away from responsibility. It’s for someone who wants to own projects end-to-end, keep everything running smoothly, and make a real impact.
