Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking a confident, professional, and well-organized Senior Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality. Key Responsibilities: (describe day-to-day tasks and goals)
• Working in a fast paced, proactive telesales team.
• Responsible for nurturing existing B2B accounts, as well as expanding a portfolio of
clients and prospects.
• Researching businesses and approaching senior decision makers.
• Pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
• Building strong relationships – with the public as well as C-level executives.
• Organising and following up daily tasks within your existing pipeline.
• Coaching and support will be provided, to aid you in the pursuit of existing KPI’s as well
as maximise your potential and ensure your own professional development.
• Maintain impeccable data integrity.
Required Skills and Experience: (qualifications, experience and technical/soft skills)
• Sales experience is essential.
• Strong character and can-do attitude.
• Naturally competitive
• Self-motivated and financially driven.
• Proactive and committed to working towards agreed targets.
• work well under pressure.
• Interest in sports would be an advantage, but not essential.
Information Security Responsibilities (ISO 27001)
• Handle client and prospect data securely in accordance with information
security policies.
• Use CRM and communication tools responsibly, maintaining confidentiality
and data accuracy.
• Report any suspected data breaches or security concerns promptly.
• Adhere to approved procedures for data sharing, access, and storage.
• Participate in regular information security and compliance training
The package
• We offer a starting salary that ranges up to £30,000 pa, a rewarding commission
and bonus structure as well as ad-hoc incentives throughout the year.
