Day to day, you will work towards objectives and goals, seeing recruitment processes from vacancy briefing to placement. With access to state-of-the-art tools and techniques, and chances to earn bonus/commission from day one.

Basic Salary up to £25000 + uncapped bonus. Realistic OTE year 1: £35,000; year 2 £45-50,000; year 3 £60- 70,000

Great T Wells location!- - easily commutable by train bus and car!

Mon-Fri 37,5 hours – could be your chance to move away from weekend working!

For success within this role, you MUST be able to access Tunbridge Wells on a Mon-Fri basis. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills; high levels of self-motivation and personal drive/ambition; and ability to plan, prioritise and organise your time efficiently. Direct experience is not required. This vacancy is suited to university or school leavers, or any candidate with transferrable experiences.
